If you don't love our biltong then we will refund you promotion


We proudly guarantee our Biltong is good quality and tastes great or we will refund your Biltong purchase price. Why? Because you deserve the best!

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your biltong, then this is what you need to do:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to let us know that you are not satisfied, we will reply with a short questionnaire to help best describe your situation and assist us with future orders, as we are always trying to be the best
  2. Once we have received the questionnaire back we will supply you with a return address.
  3. As the customer, you will need to send the remaining Biltong back to our return address at your expense, please note that at least 90% of the order must be returned to receive a refund.
  4. Once the items arrive at our kitchen we will refund you in full
